The goddamn stuff is in *everything*. Pretzels, waffles, chocolate, Kind bars...
Everything.
And, damn it, I'm saving my 1-2 servings a week for my soy lattes.

Yeah, and Soy can be really bad for your thyroid. My step-mom overdid it on the soy (she's a vegan) and is now down to 1-2 servings a week, too. Her thryoid is starting to function normally again. Be careful! *hugs* (I typed "jugs* first... probably should have left it... :D )
